Report Issues: Help us maintain a safe community by reporting violations
❌ Don't:
Harass or Bully: Any form of harassment, bullying, or intimidation is prohibited
Share Inappropriate Content: No sexually explicit, violent, or offensive content
Spam: Don't send unsolicited messages or create duplicate events
Spread Misinformation: Don't deliberately share false or misleading information
Impersonate: Don't pretend to be someone else
Violate Privacy: Don't share others' personal information without consent
Prohibited Content & Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on Somma:
Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
Violence & Threats: Content depicting or promoting violence, self-harm, or threats to others
Sexual Content: Sexually explicit content, sexual solicitation, or sexualized content involving minors
Harassment: Bullying, stalking, doxxing, or any targeted abuse
Illegal Activity: Content promoting illegal activities or violating local laws
Scams & Fraud: Deceptive practices, financial scams, or fraudulent schemes
Spam: Repetitive messages, unsolicited promotions, or misleading content
Child Safety Standards
Somma maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and the sexual exploitation of minors.
Our Commitment:
We prohibit any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating child sexual abuse or exploitation
All reported content is reviewed within 24 hours
Confirmed CSAM is immediately removed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant local authorities (e.g., BKA in Germany)
Accounts involved in such violations are permanently banned and reported to law enforcement

Event Guidelines
Creating Events
Provide accurate information about date, time, location, and event details
Only create events you genuinely intend to host or attend
Respect capacity limits and participant expectations
Cancel events appropriately if plans change
Attending Events
RSVP honestly and update your status if plans change
Respect the host's event rules and guidelines
Be punctual and communicate if running late
Treat event locations and shared spaces with care
Messaging & Communication
Keep conversations respectful and appropriate
Don't spam or send unsolicited bulk messages
Respect when someone doesn't wish to communicate
Don't share personal contact information without permission
Report inappropriate messages using our reporting tools
Privacy & Data
Don't share others' personal information without their consent
Use privacy settings to control who can see your information
Don't screenshot or share private conversations without permission
Respect calendar information and availability as private data
Reporting & Enforcement
How to Report
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines:
Use In-App Reporting: Tap the "Report" button on messages, events, or user profiles
Block Users: You can block users who make you uncomfortable
Contact Support: For urgent issues, email datenschutz@somma.one
What Happens When You Report
All reports are reviewed by our moderation team
We investigate within 24-48 hours
Appropriate action is taken based on severity
You may receive a follow-up about your report
Enforcement Actions
Violations may result in:
Warning: First-time minor violations
Content Removal: Inappropriate content is deleted
Temporary Suspension: Repeat violations or moderate issues
Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations
Legal Action: For illegal activity or serious threats
Your Rights
You have the right to:
Report content or users that violate these guidelines
Block users you don't wish to interact with
Delete your account and data at any time
Appeal enforcement decisions
Privacy and data protection under GDPR and applicable laws
Special Considerations
Minors
Somma is intended for users 16 years and older. We take the safety of younger users seriously:
Users under 18 must have parental consent
We don't knowingly collect data from users under the age requirements
Report any suspected underage use
Local Laws
Users must comply with local laws and regulations
Some features may vary by region due to legal requirements
We cooperate with law enforcement when required by law

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. We'll notify users of significant changes through:

Continued use of Somma after changes constitutes acceptance of updated guidelines.
